Our Projects
Many of our projects are undertaken within buildings which are either listed or of historical interest. These schemes often include the restoration of historic features and modernisation of structures and services to ensure that the building is functional for the 21st Century and beyond.
Caraeno
88 St James’s Street, Mayfair
Built in 1905 and located on a highly sensitive site adjacent to St. James’s Palace, this Grade II listed building was returned to its original grandeur through a complete rebuild and refurbishment scheme.
Hotel André Balazs & Manhattan Loft Corporation JV
Chiltern Firehouse, Marylebone
The conversion of a Grade II listed fire station along with a new five-storey tower extension to create a unique 26-suite luxury hotel in Marylebone.
Kavli Royal Society
Chicheley Hall, Buckinghamshire
The complete remodel of this Grade I listed early-Georgian country house to provide a stunning hotel in 80 acres of beautifully-kept grounds.
The Royal Society
Carlton House Terrace
The major refurbishment and restoration of the Royal Society’s Grade I listed headquarters upgraded historic meeting, event and office spaces within one of London’s most significant heritage buildings.
Arts Council England
Great Peter Street, Westminster
The complete strip out and refit of this occupied building. The design incorporated an exposed high-level services solution and the innovative use of natural plywood veneers in the scheme’s finishes.

The History of Science Centre, Carlton House Terrace
This specialist refurbishment project enhanced the Royal Society’s lecture theatres, event spaces and library facilities.
Dolby Headquarters
Soho Square
A new headquarters for Dolby in a Grade II listed building providing technical spaces such as IT rooms, several audio studios, sound rooms, screening and projection rooms.
The Academy of Medical Sciences
Portland Place
The complete rejuvenation, rebrand and fit out of this Grade II* listed building to create the new headquarters for one of the UK’s four national academies set in a prime West End location.
