The complete strip out and refit of this occupied building. This project stemmed from the Arts Council England’s desire to keep operations running from their existing office located near the Houses of Parliament rather than planning a disruptive and costly move to a new location. Knight Harwood carried out and completed this project in a conservation area without a moment’s down time.
