The Lanesborough Hotel

A unique luxury spa facility constructed within an existing building. The spa contains specialist equipment including thermal suites, a hydropool, treatment rooms, gymnasium and an ice fountain. The structural works were a significant part of the scheme, including the construction of a new entrance, external staircase, lift, DDA platform lifts and a link bridge between the existing hotel and the new spa facility.

Extensive upgrades to the existing MEP services were undertaken in addition to a complete fit out including all specialist finishes, fixtures, fittings and M&E. During the project, our team maintained live systems to the banks which occupied other floors within the building.
