The full refurbishment of a nine-storey 1950s commercial building to serve as the central hub for an expanding cluster of serviced office spaces designed for health-tech innovators in the renowned Harley Street Health District. External upgrades included replacing roofing finishes, adding a large terrace, refurbishing and replacement of windows. The MEPH system was also completely replaced.

Internally, the new space includes a feature staircase, co-working areas, private offices and enterprise suites. A new entrance has been provided along with meeting rooms and a large multi-use townhall/ auditorium with extensive AV installations. The re-purposed basement houses dry labs, podcasting and multimedia spaces, wellness and gym facilities, and other premium welfare amenities.
