BAFTA – Stained Glass

One of the first features visitors notice as they enter BAFTA’s regenerated 195 Piccadilly headquarters is the bespoke stained glass-inspired installation created by artist Maya Simms.

Designed to celebrate the supporters behind the redevelopment, the piece combines abstract forms, stained glass and mirrored elements to reflect the diversity of the people who pass through BAFTA’s creative hub. Donor names are etched onto mirrored shards surrounding the central artwork, creating a striking installation centred on reflection, creativity and community.
