This demolition and new-build project provided an updated and modern retail and commercial mixed-use space. The building façade and party walls were retained whilst the remainder of the structure was demolished. Once underpinning was completed, new foundations were constructed with a seven-storey steel-framed building with metal-deck composite deck being erected on top.

The project was logistically challenging with site access only being available from the building’s frontage. The new Cat A office space features contemporary architecture along with terraced areas and a new feature staircase. The ground floor and basement were designed to be let as retail space.
