The redevelopment of the former luxury spa, The Sanctuary, which was split into two buildings, one of which is Grade II listed. The site was located in a dense retail and residential area with many prestigious retailers in close proximity. One of the key challenges on the project included managing the numerous party wall interfaces and minimising noisy works.

Following careful strip out and demolition, the buildings were structurally remodelled with exposed existing roof trusses and beams being retained and carefully restored, creating loft style retail and office mixed-use space.

The new shopfront was clad in handmade coloured glaze faience panels creating a spectacular unique façade.
