A mixed-use redevelopment project to provide 14 apartments over seven floors with new communal areas and shell and core retail space. The project involved significant demolition and structural rebuilding of the property including formation of a new central core plus an additional floor on top of the building.
The works were undertaken in an extremely busy street close to Leicester Square which sees a large volume of pedestrians and many delivery vehicles servicing the Covent Garden area. In addition to this, the project was extremely logistically challenging as the site is hemmed in on three sides by adjacent buildings.
