The creation of a penthouse apartment fitted out from shell and core to create a stunning luxury family home.
The interior design is based on a modern French Chateau feel by Charles Zana, a prominent French architect in Paris. The UK architect, MSMR, were commissioned by our client, Native Land, to develop the detailed design whilst maintaining the feel and vision of the original concept.
Features include oak Dinesen timber flooring, extensive specialist joinery with ornate timber wall panelling with a decorative brush stroke effect, fabric covered joinery, spectacular stonework to each of the six bathrooms, and new M&E and AV throughout.
