The project consisted of the fit out of 41 high quality apartments in a newly constructed building in Marylebone with 19 large lateral apartments, one duplex and a variety of one and two bedroom apartments. The palette of materials used included those that would have been contemporary in the Georgian era, marble, travertine, oak, bronze and brass. The ground floor reception references a traditional London club room, a modern interpretation of a ‘panelled room’.
Works also encompassed the residents’ amenities, including concierge and wellness facilities, lounges, meeting spaces and back-of-house areas, requiring close coordination to achieve the high levels of quality expected across the development.
