Refurbishment and fit out of an existing eight storey building in a conservation area. Security was one of the primary considerations and the scheme included new bomb and blast resistant windows throughout the entire building, specialist security systems and CCTV. Significant upgrades were required to existing offices including a new computer room, meeting rooms, new AV, IT and reconfigured services.
