The refurbishment of a 1920s art deco building to provide over 130,000 sq ft high quality commercial space. The building was formerly home to the Associated British Pathé film company and Universal Pictures; at one time it housed five different private cinemas.

The scope included the creation of a double height reception space, the installation of new Cat A floors, provision of new WC and lift core areas, refurbishment of the existing lifts and uplift to the end of trip facilities. A rooftop club lounge and bar was created, along with a gym, a new entrance and installation of the shopfronts to two retail areas on Wardour Street, Sheraton Street and St Anne’s Court. The building attained BREEAM excellent, WELL platinum and has SMART building provision.
