The refurbishment and fit out of an existing commercial building to create five high-specification apartments which overlook Covent Garden Piazza.

The project’s logistics arrangements were challenging as the team maintained a busy restaurant and bar on the ground floor level whilst the works continued overhead. Following extensive structural remodelling to create open-plan living spaces, each luxury apartment was fitted out to a very high standard, with new M&E infrastructure, new lifts and staircases, bespoke kitchens, and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
