Grainhouse – Light and Shadow

One of the most striking aspects of Grain House, our project with Hines, is the way natural light interacts with the building throughout the day.

Light and shadow move across the architectural forms, materials and textures, constantly changing the character of the spaces.

The combination of restored heritage elements, contemporary interventions and carefully selected finishes creates depth and contrast, giving the building a different feel as the light shifts.
