20 years of defining spaces – 25 Savile Row

In celebration of our 20 year anniversary, we are taking a moment to reflect on some of the defining projects that have shaped who we are today. One of our very earliest and most significant was our first collaboration with @derwentlondon, the transformation of an eight-storey Art Deco building on Savile Row in Mayfair into their new headquarters.

Delivering a modern, elegantly designed workplace for Derwent London, while the building remained occupied, demanded exceptional coordination, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to quality. The project included thoughtful external modifications to introduce new terraces, additional floor area, and flexible spaces across eight floors.

The headquarters we delivered now houses:

A welcoming reception and exhibition area

Inspiring meeting spaces and open-plan offices

Comfortable breakout zones and newly created terraces, designed to enhance wellbeing and connectivity

What made this project truly memorable was the way it balanced design ambition with operational complexity, a challenge we embraced wholeheartedly as a growing business. The success of this build laid the foundation for a longstanding partnership with Derwent London and helped shape how we approach sophisticated, high-end workplace environments across central London.
