25 St George Street – Topping Out Ceremony

Last week, we marked the topping out of 25 St George Street with Old Park Lane Management Ltd and the wider project team.

The milestone marks an important stage in the transformation of the building, which will provide eight floors of high-quality office space, new terraces across Levels 4–7 and two new cross-laminated timber upper floors.

Designed by John Robertson Architects, the project is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and NABERS 5 Star.
