Project Overview
The project comprised the modernisation and conversion of three dilapidated buildings into a contemporary two-bedroom cottage with a ‘shabby chic’ finish, a controlled environment wine room with underground cellar and a modern gym and yoga space. Considerable structural alterations and repairs were required including underpinning, underground drainage, and historic timber replacements. Internally each building was provided with new services, bespoke joinery, feature staircase, decorations and specialist wall and floor finishes.
