Knight Harwood worked alongside Delancey on this particular development to ensure maximum value was gained from each square foot of retail space. This meant remodelling the centre to create suitable spaces for new retailers.
To date, we have created new spaces for tenants such as New Look, Topshop, H&M Kids, Accessorize, Republic and TK Maxx. The Knight Harwood team ensure that construction is undertaken safely and without interruption to the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre.
