We would like to share some images from our Frederick’s Place project with The Mercers’ Company where we created a new British-accredited archive facility.

To protect the archival collections, a bespoke handset brickwork façade was carefully crafted to mimic the richness of a woven tapestry. The design delivers character while maintaining precise environmental control, balancing heritage expression with functionality. Framed by the intricate brickwork is the Mercers’ Maiden, representing the coat of arms for The Mercers’ Company, which has been used since at least the 15th century.
