Overview

The full refurbishment of a nine-storey 1950’s commercial building to serve as the central hub for an expanding cluster of serviced office spaces designed for healthtech innovators in the renowned Harley Street Health District. External upgrades included replacing roofing finishes, adding a large terrace, refurbishing and replacement of windows. The MEPH system was also completely replaced.

Internally, the new tenant office space includes a feature staircase, co-working
areas, private offices and enterprise suites. A new entrance has been provided along with meeting rooms and a large multi-use townhall/ auditorium with extensive AV installations. The re-purposed basement houses dry labs, podcasting and multimedia spaces, wellness and gym facilities, and other premium welfare amenities.
